Services for BPOs that want to sell specialized solutions, not just seats.
Train the people who sell and run your accounts. Build a specialized solution when you don't have one to sell. Reposition the firm once there's something real to say.
How we help BPOs grow
Train your sales and client services teams
Customized training for the BPO leaders
Most sales training fades within weeks: the content is generic, it's an event instead of a habit, and the follow-up lands on a leader with no time to coach.

Leveraging the QBR
You challenged us to think differently about how we show up for our clients, not as vendors, but as true business partners.
- For
- Salespeople new to the BPO market, salespeople who know how to sell capacity but not technology or solutions, or client managers who know their accounts but report and respond instead of lead.
- You get
- Training and AI role play, scored on your managers' standard, customized to your team's needs, and ongoing coaching for reinforcement.
- Needs from you
- Managers who coach to the same standards, and real calls and accounts to work from.
Build specialized solutions
When you are ready to stand out from the crowd
One solution a buyer can't get from the next BPO, built for a market you choose and proven with a real client before it scales.

- Step 1
Focus
Choose the market and the problem worth building for, with your most trusted clients and a sized business case behind the choice.
- Step 2
Prove
Test it with real clients before you build: what the problem costs them and what they'd pay. Then run a paid pilot with a named client.
- Step 3
Build
Turn what the pilot proved into a solution ready for the market. Your team owns this step. We keep it on track.
- Step 4
Take to market
Price it on what it's worth, train your team to sell it, and launch it to the market it was built for.
What your board sees
- Clients confirming the problem and what they'd pay
- A client paying for a pilot
- Pilot results against a baseline
- Win rate and pipeline in the niche
- For
- A firm with no differentiated offer for its team to sell.
- You get
- A specialized solution, proven with a real client before it scales.
- Needs from you
- An executive owner with real authority over budget and headcount. Your team builds and runs it.

Looking for something more specific?
Some of what firms ask us for sits inside our services, not beside them. We do it as part of the work, because on its own it doesn't change what the business sells.
- Go-to-market strategy and positioning. Part of taking a solution to market and of repositioning. We don't take it on alone.
- Messaging and sales collateral. Built once there's something real to describe, as part of taking a solution to market or of repositioning the firm.
- Sales enablement and playbooks. Part of the training and of taking a solution to market.
- Consultative sales training. This is the training service, above.
- Strategic account management. Part of the training above: Grow accounts.
- AI and technology go-to-market advisory. Build, buy or partner decisions and the launch of an AI-enabled solution are part of the build.
Looking for one of these on its own? Request a meeting and describe the need.
Next Step
What fits depends on where you are
In the meeting we talk through where you're taking the business, what stands in the way, how your sales and client services teams work today, and your appetite to change what you sell.
FAQ
Questions we get about the services
Isn't this just sales training?
No. Most sales training is generic content, an event instead of a habit, and follow-up that lands on a leader with no time. This is tailor-made for the BPO industry: built on BPO buyers, metrics and deals, and customized to what you sell and who you sell it to. It adds AI role play, scored on your managers' standard, and ongoing coaching for reinforcement. If you don't have a differentiated offer yet, we help you build one, so your team is trained on something worth selling.
What will this take from my team?
For the training: managers who will coach to the same standard, leadership that will reinforce it afterward, and real accounts and calls to work from. The training doesn't need the CEO. For building a specialized solution or repositioning the firm: an executive owner with real authority to move budget and headcount, who can report to the CEO but whose work is the CEO's visible top priority. For the build, also a named project manager from the start, access to your clients, and people to build and run the solution, with a decision at each step made on the evidence. Where your team is short a skill, a specialist partner fills the gap.
Who actually does the work?
We do. Where the work needs capability we don't have in house, we bring in a specialist partner under our contract: one agreement, and we stay your point of contact. A partner never fronts an engagement.
Can we hire you just to fix our messaging?
No. We turn down projects that only involve messaging, go-to-market planning, or helping offshore BPOs break into the US market, because none of them change what the business sells, and that's what sets its value. If the business has changed, repositioning is the right next step.
